This course is an expansion of the program that the VVAC conducts for the Road Scholar Program of Northern Arizona University.
At the conclusion of the course, attendees are expected to understand:
1.The Archaeologists – How we know what we “think” we know - tools and techniques
2.The Paleoindian and Archaic People – the first people of the area
3.The Sinagua/Hisatsinom – their arrival and departure
4.The Hopi and their ancestral ties to the area
5.The Yavapai-Apache entrance to the area
A member discount has been incorporated into the class fee.
